What Is a Prefabricated Panel Pool?

Prefabricated panel pools are modern pool systems built with a load-bearing structure made of galvanized steel panels, finished with a highly waterproof PVC liner coating. Compared to reinforced concrete pools, they are installed faster, have lower maintenance costs, and can be used safely for many years.

Prefabricated Pool Construction Stages

1. Site Selection and Excavation Works

The area where the pool will be built is determined, and excavation works are carried out using machinery. The ground is leveled and prepared for pool installation.

2. Base Concrete Application

After excavation, steel mesh is laid and concrete is poured to create a solid and even base. This stage is critical for the long-term durability of the pool.

3. Panel System Installation

Processed 2 mm galvanized steel panels are assembled according to the required dimensions and shape to form the pool body. The system is fully bolted, with absolutely no welding used, ensuring a flexible and durable structure.

4. Liner Coating Application

After installation is completed, a 1.6 mm imported PVC liner coating is applied. Skimmers, nozzles, main drains, and lighting equipment are installed together with the liner, ensuring full waterproofing.

5. Mechanical and Filtration Systems

Mechanical systems used in the pool include:

• Extra-reinforced fiberglass filter housing

• Atlaspool polyester filter

• Atlaspool pool pump

• Residual current-protected electrical panel equivalent to Siemens

• Pimtaş pipes and connection fittings

All systems are tested and delivered fully operational.

6. Water Filling and Testing Process

The pool is filled with water in a controlled manner, the liner seating and filtration system are tested, and after all checks are completed, the pool is ready for use.
