Superpool Powder pH Reducer is a granular pool chemical used to effectively and safely lower elevated pH levels in swimming pool water. Maintaining balanced water chemistry is crucial for both swimmer health and the protection of pool equipment. This product helps keep the water within the ideal pH range of 7.2 – 7.8.

Purpose of Use

When the pH level of swimming pool water is higher than desired, disinfectant effectiveness decreases, the water becomes cloudy, and skin and eye irritation may occur for swimmers. Superpool Powder pH Reducer prevents these issues by adjusting the pH balance of the water to the ideal level.

Application Method

• To lower the pool water pH value by 0.1:
  • In soft water: 500 g
  • In hard water: 1,500 g
• If the pool is closed to use, the product can be applied directly
• Under normal use, the product should be dissolved in water in a bucket and added via the balance tank
• The pool circulation system must be operating after application
